Susie Jeude
BAS Agent
Susie holds a Diploma of Business (Marketing) and a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Administration. With more than 20 years of bookkeeping experience, she has worked across a diverse range of industries including medical and support services, manufacturing, retail, property management, and primary production.
Having owned and operated businesses herself, Susie understands the challenges business owners face and the importance of balancing business demands with personal and family commitments. She is passionate about helping clients gain confidence in their financial position, improve business processes, and implement practical solutions that support sustainable growth and a better work-life balance.
Born and raised on a cattle and sheep station in Western Queensland, Susie now lives on her husband’s family grain farm with their four children and the many pets that come with country life. Her rural background provides a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by regional and agricultural businesses.
Outside of work, Susie enjoys water skiing, spending time with family, and escaping to the beach whenever the opportunity arises.

Stephanie is a Certified Bookkeeper who is passionate about helping businesses stay organised and confident in their finances. With experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration, and client service, she brings a detail-oriented and approachable style to supporting clients and their businesses
Before moving into the accounting and bookkeeping industry, Stephanie spent many years working in early childhood education. This experience helped her develop strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills, which continue to be a valuable part of her work today. After completing her Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, she pursued a career that combines her passion for helping people with her love of numbers.
Stephanie enjoys building strong relationships with clients and takes pride in delivering accurate, reliable support that helps businesses make informed decisions and achieve their goals. She is committed to continuous learning and is always looking for opportunities to further develop her knowledge and skills.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and young boys, camping, exploring nature, visiting the beach, staying active, and focusing on health and wellbeing. She also loves catching up with friends and relaxing with a good movie.

Laihani Vitali
Bookkeeper
Laihani is currently completing her Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting while gaining hands-on experience with the Numeris team. She brings a strong administrative background, having previously worked in administration and reception roles for a range of small businesses.
Growing up in a small rural community, Laihani developed a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning. She enjoys being organised, solving problems, and challenging herself to develop new skills. She believes that knowledge creates opportunities, and that the more you learn, the more you can achieve.
At Numeris, Laihani enjoys supporting clients and expanding her bookkeeping knowledge through both formal study and practical experience.
Outside of work, she enjoys camping and exploring with her husband and two young children, tackling home renovation projects, and looking after the family’s hobby farm, which is home to more chickens than she cares to count.
